The singer released her debut single, Here, in 2015, when she was just aged 19. The song received praise both from music critics and listeners. It was ranked in the Canadian Hot 100, and Billboard Hot 100, ranked the single at 19. Even Rolling Stone named the hit one of the Best Songs of the year. This same year, she also released Know It All. Scars to Your Beautiful is one of five songs she wrote that made it to Billboard's chart. This track was special because, based on the Rap-Up interview that she conducted, many of the listeners could connect to her experiences of discovering their own love and doubting her. Cara's music is known to include messages of kindness, self-love and mental health. The music of Cara is directly from her struggles with depression, insomnia and other health issues. According to a Reuters interview, the album was described as half tumultuous half perfected. Her growth was aided by therapy and encourages other people to seek help if necessary. Alessia Cara grew up in Toronto, Canada. She was born July 11, 1996, to parents with Italian heritage. Her parents gave her a brand-new guitar which she utilized to develop her passion for music. Three years later, when she was 13 years old, she started to sing her favorite tracks via YouTube. It was an excellent method to demonstrate to the world her ability and determination. Actually, one of her cover song Sweater Weather is the track that got her noticed by EP Entertainment. They allowed her to compose and record her own tracks.
